Definition of Castle, Vernon in English:

( 1887–1918), British dancer; born William Vernon Blythe. With his wife Irene (1893–1969), he originated the one-step, the turkey trot, the Castle walk, and the hesitation waltz. He also served as an aviator 1916–18 during World War I.
