Definition of Clinton, Bill in English:

( 1946-), 42nd president of the US 1993–2001; full name William Jefferson Blythe Clinton. An Arkansas Democrat, he served as governor of his state 1979–81, 1983–93 before becoming president. During his first term, he worked with a Republican-controlled Congress to balance the budget. His second term saw economic prosperity as well as international crises in the Middle East and Yugoslavia. He was acquitted by the Senate in 1999.
