Definition of UNITA in English:

An Angolan nationalist movement founded in 1966 by Jonas Savimbi (1934–2002) to fight Portuguese rule. After independence was achieved in 1975, UNITA continued to fight against the ruling Marxist MPLA, with help from South Africa.
