Bethlehem

1A small town 5 miles (8 km) south of Jerusalem, in the West Bank; population 43,100 (est. 2009). It was the native city of King David and is the reputed birthplace of Jesus.
2An industrial city in eastern Pennsylvania, on the Lehigh River; population 72,241 (est. 2008). It is noted for the manufacturing of steel.
