A small deerlike mammal with short tusks, typically nocturnal and found in the tropical rain forests of Africa and southern Asia. Also called mouse deer.
  • Family Tragulidae: genera Moschiola (one Asian species), Tragulus (two Asian species), and Hyemoschus (one African species)
