Doolittle, Hilda

Pronunciation: /ˈdo͞oˌlitl/
(1886–1961), US poet; pseudonym H.D. From 1911, she lived in London. Her work shows the influence of Ezra Pound and other imagist poets; it also shows the influence of classical mythology.
