Villa, Pancho

Pronunciation: /ˈvēyə/
(1878–1923), Mexican revolutionary; born Doroteo Arango. He helped Venustiano Carranza to overthrow the dictatorial regime of General Victoriano Huerta in 1914, but then helped Emiliano Zapata to rebel against Carranza’s regime.
