Definition of Lomé Convention in English:

An agreement on trade and development aid, reached in Lomé in 1975, between the EC and forty-six African, Caribbean, and Pacific Ocean states, aiming for technical cooperation and the provision of development aid. Further agreements have been signed by a larger group.
