Klemens Wenzel Nepomuk Lothar, Prince of Metternich-Winneburg-Beilstein ( 1773–1859), Austrian statesman. As Foreign Minister (1809–48), he was one of the organizers of the Congress of Vienna (1814–15), which devised the settlement of Europe after the Napoleonic Wars.
