Definition of Tiepolo, Giovanni Battista in English:

( 1696–1770), Italian painter. He painted numerous rococo frescoes and altarpieces including the Antony and Cleopatra frescoes in the Palazzo Labia, Venice (circa 1750), and the decoration of the residence of the Prince-Bishop at Würzburg (1751-3).
