Crawford, Joan

Pronunciation: /ˈkrɔːfəd/
(Circa 1904–77), American actress; born Lucille Fay LeSueur. Her film career lasted for over forty years, during which she played the female lead in films such as Mildred Pierce (1945) and in later years mature roles such as that in the horror film Whatever Happened to Baby Jane? (1962).
