Fátima 2 Line breaks: Fá¦tima
Pronunciation: /ˈfatɪmə/
A village in west central Portugal, north-east of Lisbon; population 8,500 (est. 2008). It became a centre of Roman Catholic pilgrimage after the reported sighting in the village in 1917 of the Virgin Mary.
