Gibbons, Orlando

Pronunciation: /ˈɡɪb(ə)nz/
(1583–1625), English composer and musician. He was the organist of Westminster Abbey from 1623 and composed mainly sacred music, although he is also known for madrigals such as The Silver Swan (1612).
