A bowl-shaped frying pan with two handles used in Indian cooking, chiefly for balti dishes.
- Winners of the weekly draws will walk away with pressure cookers, ‘kadais’ and frying pans.
- Heat the remaining oil and ghee in a casserole dish, or a kadai.
- Heat oil in a kadai and drop tablespoons of this batter.
