A low spreading succulent plant which bears glistening daisy-like flowers in many colours, native to southern Africa.
- Dorotheanthus (formerly Mesembryanthemum) bellidiformis, family Aizoaceae.
- They're now planted with Livingstone daisies/runner beans and Busy Lizzies/peas respectively.
1930s: of unknown origin.
