A radish of a variety with a large slender white root which is typically eaten cooked, especially in Eastern cuisine, and is also used for stockfeed.
- Mirin is a sweet Japanese rice wine of great delicacy, and daikon is the Japanese name for mooli, or long white radish.
- The oriental radishes, also known by their Japanese and Hindi names, daikon and mooli, may reach a length of 45 cm or more, and really constitute a different vegetable, almost omnipresent in oriental cuisines.
- I can see aubergines and lemons there and are those yams bottom right, but apart from that and possibly some mooli (which I have no idea how to cook) I'm stumped.
