- As needed, cut the P-trap and rotate both the trap section of the P-trap and the disposer.
- Then connect the P-trap to the tail piece with another washer and slip nut.
- You will need a pipe wrench to disconnect the chrome fittings between the garbage disposal or the sink and the P-trap.
