( 1860–1951), American food manufacturer. He collaborated with his brother, a doctor, to develop a breakfast cereal for sanatorium patients, of crisp flakes of rolled and toasted wheat and corn. Its success led to the establishment of the W. K. Kellogg company in 1906.
