( 1935-) US baseball player; born Sanford Braun. A pitcher, he played for the Brooklyn (later Los Angeles) Dodgers 1955–66. He was the first three-time Cy Young Award winner, having won unanimously in 1963, 1965, and 1966. Baseball Hall of Fame (1972).
