( 1914–91), US television producer and actor; born Muzyad Yahkoob (anglicized to Amos Jacobs). He starred in the television series Make Room for Daddy 1953–64 and The Danny Thomas Hour 1967–68. He also was known for his sponsorship of St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
