Brennan, Walter

Pronunciation: /ˈbrenən/
(1894–1974), US actor. A character actor, he appeared in many movies and was the first actor to win three Academy Awards, all for best supporting actor. His award-winning movies were Come and Get It (1936), Kentucky (1938), and The Westerner (1940).
