Ceuta

Pronunciation: /ˈT͟Hāˌo͞otə/ /ˈsā-/
A Spanish enclave, consisting of a port and a military post, on the coast of Morocco in northern Africa; population 77,389 (2008). It overlooks the Mediterranean approach to the Strait of Gibraltar and with Melilla forms a community of Spain.
