Saint Croix River

1A river that flows for 75 miles (120 km) from eastern Maine to form the border with New Brunswick in Canada before entering Passamaquoddy Bay. The first French settlement in North America was established in 1604 on Dochet Island, near its mouth.
2A river that flows for 164 miles (265 km) from northwestern Wisconsin to the Mississippi River and forms part of the border with Minnesota.
