Definition of Kennelly, Arthur Edwin in English:

( 1861–1939), American electrical engineer. His principal work was on the theory of alternating currents. Independently of Oliver Heaviside, he also discovered the layer in the atmosphere responsible for reflecting radio waves back to the earth.
