Definition of Malabar Christians in English:

A group of Christians of SW India who trace their foundation to a mission of St Thomas the Apostle and have historically used a Syriac liturgy. Many now form a Uniate (Catholic) Church; others have links to the Syrian Orthodox or the Anglican Church.
