Rimsky-Korsakov, Nikolai

Pronunciation: /ˌrɪmskɪˈkɔːsəkɒf/
(1844–1908), Russian composer; full name Nikolai Andreevich Rimsky-Korsakov. He achieved fame with his orchestral suite Scheherazade (1888) and his many operas drawing on Russian and Slavic folk tales.
