Theodorakis, Mikis

Pronunciation: /ˌθɪədəˈrɑːkɪs/
(B.1925), Greek composer and politician. He was imprisoned by the military government for his left-wing political activities (1967–70). His compositions include the ballet Antigone (1958), and the score for the film Zorba the Greek (1964).
