A Eurasian plant of the figwort family, typically having yellow or purplish flowers which resemble snapdragons and slender leaves.
  • Linaria and related genera, family Scrophulariaceae: several species, in particular the common yellow toadflax (L. vulgaris) and ivy-leaved toadflax (Cymbalaria muralis).
