Torvill and Dean

Pronunciation: /ˈtɔːvɪl/
Two English ice skaters, Jayne Torvill (b.1957) and Christopher (Colin) Dean (b.1958). In partnership they won the world ice dancing championships (1981-3), the gold medal in the 1984 Winter Olympics, and the bronze medal in the 1994 Winter Olympics.
