Wilder, Thornton

Pronunciation: /ˈwʌɪldə/
(1897–1975), American novelist and playwright; full name Thornton Niven Wilder. He won several Pulitzer Prizes. Notable works: The Bridge of San Luis Rey (novel, 1927) and Our Town (play, 1938).
